Refund Policy

eBooks:

Provider House does not allow digital returns.  Please confirm all purchases before you complete them as all eBook sales are final.  There are no refunds for digital content.  However, Provider House will replace a damaged file.

 

Provider House allows you to redownload your eBook by logging in and accessing My Account page via a Sign In link to your email address after your purchase.  To the right should be a listing of your recent orders.  Please make sure you provide a valid email during check out.

 

Due to the extensive fraud on the internet, we have no choice but to contest all credit card disputes in situations where download of an eBook has been attempted.

 

 

Services:

Refunds are permitted only on the rare occasion that an "overpayment" has been made towards a service plan.

 

While overpayments may be applied to other or future services, if no other or future services are scheduled a refund will be granted.  Pre-payment refunds are not permitted.

 

Refunds on deposits for contracted, scheduled future projects will be granted minus all costs incurred due to special ordered material, labor, permits, preparation, and loss of revenues due to cancellation.

 

A refund will not be granted if the contract connected with the deposit restricts the return of any deposited funds.

 

Provider House, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue services to any person or entity and will refund in whole or part any payments that have been received for future services with deductions being made for services rendered.
